Owners of the Prison Systems in America

This text was sent to me as an email from a newslist I belong to. Now mind you I do not take every newslist item I am sent and take it as truth–however after reading this and then following through with some web sleuthing I am convinced this may very well be happening. The original text only had a few links included, the ones that are actually spelled out. After investigating the entities listed, going to the websites of these companies– I did indeed find they have interests in the corrections system, so I added all the appropriate links. Another quick google search for “Patricia Lynn Schmaltz” also revealed the author is a real person, has been involved with expose government fraud, and has spent time within the correctional system. I found the whole idea just as fascinating as the first time I learned about warehouse receipts and the infamous strawman. If even only a part of this is true, it would indeed explain why jail populations are growing at an alarming rate and why so many people are incarcerated for the most insignificant of offenses.

Civil Courts v. Military Courts: What’s the Difference?

“Linda Kennedy is a Virginia attorney who was disbarred last year [in 2003]. The ethics department of the Virginia BAR investigated Kennedy after she uncovered undisputable proof that the ethics department and a trial judge had falsified trial records. Kennedy, who was Rep. James Traficant’s attorney, appealed the disbarment. A report on her day in court follows. One must appreciate this woman’s resolve. One must also appreciate the position the Supreme Court for the State of Virginia is in at this time. The only thing in the way of justice in this matter is that there are no rules.” ? The Bankruptcy of The United States

When a senator, congressman or any government employee, starts publicy announcing the truth, you can bet it will only be a matter of time before they will be discredited. Rep. James Traficant, Jr. (Ohio) was a Representative in the United States Congress from Ohio from 1985 to 2002 where he delivered the following speech, “The Bankruptcy of the United States” on the floor of Congress in 1993. After reading this speech, it was evident why he now occupies a jail cell in the Allenwood Federal Prison in White Deer, PA. He loudly proclaimed, “The United States Federal Government has been dissolved by the Emergency Banking Act, March 9, 1933, declared by President Franklin Delano Roosevelt. The receivers of the United States bankruptcy are the International bankers, via the United Nations, the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund. All United States offices, officials and departments are now operating within a de facto status in name only under Emergency War Powers. This new form of government is known as a Democracy (instead of a Republic), being an established Socialist/Communist order under a new governor for America.” He alleged Corruption and Treason within the Justice Department and even requested FBI files on Janet Reno. He was most likely made an example of which I am sure many have not forgotten!

Women and Guns

There are those who believe that the fight for liberty is exclusively a man?s fight. That is not true. Lee Parker is dedicated to truth and freedom, a patriotic woman who has given the last dozen years of her life to efforts to expose lies and reveal truths concerning the unalienable rights to life, liberty and property that are expressly recognized by the Declaration of Independence, and are inherent in all people around the world. Lee lends her perspective to the struggle for truth and liberty in a manner both conversational and pointed, in easy-to-understand language designed to make the listener seriously think about the issues raised. (This excerpt was originally posted at the The Voice of Freedom podcasting site and more of Lee’s writing can be found at the Voice of Freedom.)

This new story from the Denver Post should alert you to the future of living in Amerika. Unfortunatley there are many who will read it and say, “..if she has nothing to hide so she should just show her ID!” and then blame her for being stubborn and a troublemaker. This is exactly how you are being brainwashed to think and react to this kind of situation! Wake up! If a stranger walks up to you and demands you tell him how much money you have in your wallet, will you tell him or her? How about if they want to know your address and where your children are? I would have done the same as she did!

General Thanksgiving

This historic proclamation was issued by George Washington during his first year as President. It sets aside Thursday, November 26 as “A Day of Publick Thanksgiving anf Prayer.” Signed by Washington on October 3, 1789 and entitled “General Thanksgiving,” the decree appointed the day “to be observed by acknowledging with grateful hearts the many and signal favors of Almighty God.” While there were Thanksgiving observances in America both before and after Washington’s proclamation, this represents the first to be so designated by the new national government. After their first harvest, the colonists of the Plymouth Plantation held a celebration of food and feasting in the fall of 1621. Indian chiefs Massassoit, Squanto and Samoset joined in the celebration with ninety of their men in the three-day event. The first recorded Thanksgiving observance was held on June 29, 1671 at Charlestown, Massachusetts by proclamation of the town’s governing council. During the 1700s, it was common practice for individual colonies to observe days of thanksgiving throughout each year. A Thanksgiving Day two hundred years ago was a day set aside for prayer and fasting, not a day marked by plentiful food and drink as is today’s custom. Later in the 18th century each of the states periodically would designate a day of thanksgiving in honor of a military victory, an adoption of a state constitution or an exceptionally bountiful crop. Such a Thanksgiving Day celebration celebration was held in December of 1777 by the colonies nationwide, commemorating the surrender of British General Burgoyne at Saratoga. Later, on October 3, 1863, President Abraham Lincoln issued a proclamation calling for the observance of the fourth Tuesday of November as a national holiday. (As posted at earlyamerica.com)

A Phone Call To The Federal Reserve Bank in San Francisco

This text is been all around the web for years but the content is timeless! The first time I ever read it, it had been posted here http://www.apfn.org/apfn/money2.htm. Although verifying if this was an actual phone call is indeed impossible–any doubts to the validity of content of this conversation can be cleared up by calling your nearest Federal Reserve Bank, YOU NOW KNOW THE QUESTIONS TO ASK! You won’t find them listed under the Federal Government. They are in the white pages, along with Federal Express, Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. (FDIC), and any other business. Another great indicator of a supposed ‘Federal’ entity is looking at the website address they appear at, only ‘official’ governement entities reside at .gov addresses. If the address is .org, .com. .biz, or dot else, the entity is private, and most likely a corporation. Only the ‘Board of Governors’ has a .gov address. Find out for yourself if all this is true.

Slashing the Budget?

If there is any one member of Congress to pay attention to in the District of Columbia, surely it is Congressman Ron Paul of Texas. Mr. Paul is a staunch advocate of limited constitutional government, low taxes, free markets, and a return to a sound monetary policy based on commodity-backed currency. Fortunately for all of us whether a resident of the 14th district in Texas or not, Congressman Paul fights everyday for true American liberty. He writes an informative, no-nonsense column on current events every week called ‘Texas Straight Talk‘ . The following is his most recent column, courtesy of Mr. Paul’s website . After reading it you may want to spend some time looking around the site and learning more.?
