While the following article was written in 2004, I believe it to be a superb article with clear footnotes and concise information. I have posted this article to coincide with the posting of a rather telling government sponsored research document from 1996 which is referenced in this article, “Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025.” While this document was written and presented to the Air Force some ten years ago, you can rest assured what was speculative and ‘in the future’ then is most likely operational now which “…lists its weaponized agenda for creating abrupt climate change including: Storm creation and modification, fog and cloud creation, precipitation enhancement, precipitation denial, drought inducement and artificial creation of ’space weather.’ This document also states that the military’s radical weather modification agenda will ‘become a part of national security policy with both domestic and international applications.’
