Erin doesn’t know what hes talking about by the way. You don’t need a driver’s license. A driver’s license is basically asking permission to drive which you already have the right to do.

Would you ask the government permission to breath?

why did you copy and paste? I have read this same talk all over the web. I was hoping for some refreshing info not tip of the ice berg stuff,
what about the ucc 1 financing statement and all the document filings that have to be done before that. You can’t start with the UCC 1 financial statement because you will not have secured yourself in all the other documents.

Being a creditor is NOT the end all.
The creditor can only get substance if the debtor is willing to take the debt.
And the creditor does not have a unlimited supply of resources.
When the supplies run out, the creditor is in just as big of a crap hole as the debtor

im an electrician i install transformers and such. and after many years of school on theory and what-not and many many more years of actual work in the field i can say without a doubt that while you may meen well ur a bit off. for example some things may only call for 110 but in school and all engenering calculations are done using 120 and we supply power higher to at 125 127 to account for voltage drop, not to cheat ppl, copper wires in your house drain voltage and even more so when there small like no.14 AWG instead of no.12 AWG so in a large house or office outlets at the end of the run will read lower voltege than ad outlet at the start so we raise the voltage a bit. Oh and higher voltage is cheaper to use by the way thats why all large offices use 277-480Y power systems for lighting. nxt time ur in an office take the cover plate off a switch and see what color the wires are hi volt colors are , lo volt house power black red and white , lo volt commercial black red blue and white C-ya

By reserving your Rights to Common Law, there is no contract, and therefore no infraction under it for a judge to hear. There is no “Driver’s License,” there is just that government issued laminated card that keeps Officer Friendly from caving in your skull. Get, and properly fill out your “Driver’s License,” obey Officer Friendly so that he doesn’t lay waste to your body, and respectfully approach the Court at the appropriate time with your Rights intact.

to Barrie Zwicker. I’m wrting a mystery/suspense novel using the events of 9/11. i visted 3 libraraies looking for research– 9/11 conspiracy theories. At the libraries I was told the subject isn’t popular & out of 50 books I found on line,one of the libraries had one, Real Enemies by Kathryn Olmsted. I then went to Borders bookstores thinking I could purchase books for my research.Borders told me it wasn’t a popular subject & the books on 9/11 conspiracies were in warehouses.They refused to order me a copy of Towers of Decption. At Barnes & Nobel the same thing happened altho they agreed to order a copy of Towers of Deception for me. Finally I got Barrie’s book on line since it would take less time to get it. It appears censorship is alive and well in Chicago,IL. By the way the e-mail for barrie; bwz@roger.com is not working. I wanted to let you know. Perhaps the government is blocking e-mails to this author or I don’t know why I’m not getting through. Thank you.

I have personally communicated with Mr Christopher Story whom I consider to be Wanta’s friend. I believe every word. Since ” w ” called the U.S. Constitution “…just a
g.d’med piece of paper” in front of several of his cabinet, I have lost all faith in our government. I’ve followed this saga since 2006 when I realized The Federal Reserve is the worst enemy of mankind in all of history.
How can our Congress allow the billions to suffer when the funds to restore the balanced life is just a stroke of a pen away. What arrogant evil !
Soon, the citizen who two years ago, had a job, a family, a house and two cars is now in the streets , hungry, destitute and no hopes now for any change.What’s he going to do ? Look for mass anarchy which will be well deserved.
I’ve prayed for our leaders for 65 years ( I’m 72)… but deaf ears have tuned my prayers to secular humanism. May G-D BLESS this World.

For crying out loud. Even public health agencies have admitted that the flu vaccine *does not* lower your chances of getting the flu. Take all the hype, all the disinformation away, and we’re left with this: vaccines are simply not effective, and they inflict massive amounts of harm. I wonder if people who support mainstream medicine’s fearmongering and disease-causing would be curious in knowing actual vaccine ingredients.

For the sake of keeping this somewhat succinct, here are just a few of the dozens of horrid substances that vaccine-pushers have admitted to including in public vaccines:
- Aborted human fetal tissue (ie. disposed-of human babies);
- Aluminum hydroxide/phosphate (linked to causing Alzheimer’s disease);
- Animal tissues incl horse/pig blood, rabbit brain, dog/monkey kidney, chick/duck embryo, pig pancreatic hydrolysate of casein (animal tissues are a causal element for all the various auto-immune diseases associated with vaccination);
- Formalin (contains formaldehyde);
- Gelatin (obtained from selected pieces of calf & cattle skin);
- Glutaraldehyde (industrial water treatment chemical);
- Monosodium glutamate (MSG) (an excitotoxin, now known to cause cancer in humans, also linked to obesity);
- Thimerosal ie. mercury (a neurotoxin linked to so many diseases it’s astonishing);
- VERO cells (a continuous line of monkey kidney cells – linked SV-40 virus known to cause leukemia)

We have no idea how much worse the ‘h1n1′ vaccine will be, especially if they are going to this length of sheer nonsense and induce mass hysteria to sell you on it.

Please, for your own good: turn off the idiot box, let go of fear & EDUCATE YOURSELF. The pharma-industrial-military complex have been systematically dumbing down human beings for decades.

As a homeowner’s advocate I recently worked with a gentleman who signed up for a County Tax Deferral program. This meant that he did not have to pay his taxes until after his death. He signed the deed of trust and thought he was doing the right thing because the deed of trust stated they would follow all applicable laws. In this case, State law would prevail and that has been confirmed by the feds. The deferral would work to help him save his home when he could not pay the taxes because even though he was not working due to a hardship, his income would allow him to pay the principal and interest. But the lender/servicer has rejected his confirmed and approved tax deferral, therefore, they will foreclose on him because he does not pay the taxes even when the taxing authorities have allowed 65 and over to do so on their homestead. The State provided a law that would protect seniors from losing their homes if they could not pay the taxes, but the servicer/note holder will not allow it. When reading the deed of trust and their statement that they will follow all applicable laws of the State, they did not disclose to the client that he was contracting and/or giving up his right to defer. We believe a disclosure was necessary to alert him before signing the deed of trust. The Texas Legislature has had this deferral law in effect since 1979 and the financial institutions have had sufficient time to provide a means of notice, disclosure or a program to alert the borrower as to whether or not they would allow it rather than just taking the position that they will not accept it and not tell him. If we can find a case in the state of Texas whereby the case provides authority that the lender should have disclosed, I would appreciate that information. Under the deceptive trade practices act in Texas, one has to prove they are a consumer before they can win a suit against a note holder. IN this case, the law provides that a mortgage loan is not a good or service. If we do not know that we are giving up the right, it would seem deceptive among other things if it is not disclosed to the borrower.

Yeah I didn’t see any mention of “martial law” either. It sounds like an emergency program that would help large masses of people.
